How does group registration work for World Youth Day Krakow 2016?
What information should be given when registering for World Youth Day Krakow 2016?

In what way will macrogroups and subgroups be identified through the Registration System?
Each group will be assigned an individual registration number, which from that moment will be used as an identificator of the group in all contacts with the Organizing Committee of WYD in Krakow and with the Pontifical Council for the Laity, especially in the case of payment.
Until what moment can changes be made in the registration form of the group?
Changes in the group’s form can be made only until the moment of the beginning of the payment procedure. In connection to this, all changes in subgroups already after the closing of the registration process will demand the running of a special procedure through a “Form Re-Opening” application.
What should a minor do in order to take part in World Youth Day Krakow 2016?
Under age pilgrims need to obtain the written permission of their parents or legal guardians. The appropriate document can be found in the registration form (at the time of the Central Events of WYD Krakow 2016 the group leader must have this form with them). Care for underage pilgrims will be entrusted to an adult in the group with the permission of the parents or the legal guardians of the participant (we should remember that one adult guardian can take care of a maximum of 10 underage participants). Group leaders can only be persons who are at least 18 years of age.
Will people with disabilities be able to participate in World Youth Day Krakow 2016?
All events of World Youth Day will be organized in such a way that people with disabilities will be able to take part in them.
How does the registration of people with disabilities work?
People with disabilities, together with the people caring for them, register as pilgrims through the official registration system. In the registration system they indicate that there are people with disabilities or a group, in which there are persons with disabilities; then after choosing this option in the registration form – there will appear concrete questions enabling their registration and making their participation easier in World Youth Day Krakow 2016. We ask you to direct all questions to the email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
How can priests be registered?
Priests will not need separate registration. In the registration system they will indicate that they are priests and they answer concrete questions necessary for accreditation for the concelebration of Holy Mass as well as filling the ministry of confessor in the marked zones. Each priest will be asked to attach a document from his Bishop or Provincial Superior, confirming that he is a priest (“Declaration of Priesthood”) and that he can perform his priestly ministry at the time of World Youth Day. The relevant document can be downloaded in the registration form.
All questions can be directed to the email: email@example.com.

Can the Organizing Committee help with obtaining a visa?
Where and how can I register to participate in “Days in the Diocese”?
The Central Events of World Youth Day in Krakow will be preceded by “Days in the Dioceses” (July 20-25, 2016) in Polish Dioceses. All groups wishing to take part in “Days in the Dioceses” should get to know the information in the “WYD – Days in the Dioceses” page.
Because choosing a Diocese from the list is not equivalent with registering for “Days in the Dioceses”, the group leader is asked to contact the Diocesan Center of WYD in the chosen Diocese with the goal of obtaining detailed information related to the possibility of a group stay in the given Diocese.
